Contact the Counseling Center at (815) 224-0360 or stop in CTC 202. For the Ottawa campus counselor, call (815) 224-0800 to check walk-in and appointment availability.

Once registration has opened, register on IVCC Self-Service, contact Records and Registration at (815) 224-0447, stop in CTC 101 on the Main Campus or visit the Ottawa Center.

• Pay through your IVCC Self-Service account 
  • Pay in full, or set up a payment plan
• Call (815) 224-0213 to pay by phone
• Bring your payment to the Cashier in CTC 101 or the Ottawa Center
• If you have Financial Aid or scholarships, you need to contact the Cashier to hold your classes!
