Under 16 Dual Credit Enrollment Appeals Process and Forms

Students under the age of 16 who wish to enroll at IVCC for college level courses must petition the Vice President of Student Services.  This includes filling out the below Enrollment Appeals form, and uploading a current copy of academic transcripts, along with a letter of recommendation from the school the applicant currently attends.  

High School Counselors and representatives are encouraged to fill out this form on the students behalf. Please note, the transcripts and letter of recommendation should be submitted along with the parent/guardian & student signature page.

Parents and guardians filling out this form will need to obtain and sign the required documents from the high school which the student currently attends. Enrollment appeal applications submitted without the supporting documents will not be considered. 

Forms for under 16 dual credit enrollment are required for each student, and are to be submitted individually.
