Student organizations are required to annually complete and return a Student Organization Evaluation/Budget Request. This form will provide a history of the current academic year and a request for allocations from the Student Activity Fund general account for the next academic year.
Forms must be completed and returned to the Coordinator of Student Activities on the designated date. Requests submitted after the requested date will receive lowest priority when the Student Government Association allocates funds.
The budget will be reviewed by the Student Government Association, Coordinator of Student Activities and the Vice President for Student Services. A copy of the recommended budget will be submitted to the President. Approval of the budget initially sets the total maximum amount that may be expected as well as maximum amounts for each budgeted expense.
