Glow Yoga

[Ages: 5-12]           Class ID: TBD
Join us for an exploration of light! We will begin our experience outdoors in the sunshine. Explore your senses as we practice mindful walking outside. We will do some stretching and take in the scenery as we go for a short walk. Next, we will explore the use of light in the dark! Enjoy using glow lights and let your light shine while practicing movement to experience the sense of sight. Let's have some fun with glow light! Plan to dress in comfortable clothes in colors that glow in the dark. Please bring water and a yoga mat or towel to class.

Storytime Yoga

Mindset Matters for Athletes

Calling all athletes and kids ages 7-17. While you train physically for sports seasons and the game of life, we know what you tell yourself and what goes on between the ears is what really matters! Participate in a 1 ½ hour workshop with Jamie Stuart Taylor, mom of 5, therapist and mindset master. Learn to master your mental game with skills and techniques to help you succeed on and off the field. [1 week-1 session]
