New students will gain access to Brightspace 24 hours after registering for classes. 

Log into Brightspace with your Eagle account.

• Online courses display in Brightspace on the first day of the semester.
• Some instructors may choose to open their courses earlier at their own discretion to allow time to become acclimated to the course (check your email or Brightspace for information).
• If your course meets in person, then your instructor may wait until after your class meets to make it available in Brightspace or your instructor may not use Brightspace.
• To practice using a course in Brightspace, you can self-enroll in the Student Resource Hub that will help you prepare for the semester, find support services and more. Choose the Discover link in purple navbar, select the Student Resource Hub and Enroll in Course.

Brightspace Pulse is an app for mobile devices that allows you to view course information on the go.  The IVCC Brightspace Pulse App allows you to:

• See important deadlines and updates 
• Review course content on and off line, including video and audio content

Tap the three dots in the top right to launch the course homepage to access all the features in your course like you would on a computer.

1. Log in to Brightspace
2. Click on your Name in the upper right corner and Select Profile
3. Click in View My Awards under Awards Showcase in Edit My User Profile
4. Click the title of the award, select Generate Certificates. You can print from here or save the PDF. You can press the "Share" button to generate a link to the award.
