William and Dian Taylor awards for IVCC students transferring to Northern Illinois University

Accounting Award

The scholarship is awarded to one IVCC student graduating May 2026 or transferring to NIU who has been accepted for admission to begin junior level accountancy coursework, and have declared a major in accountancy starting fall 2026 semester.

Applicants must demonstrate to pursue a professional, non-teaching career.

The $10,000 award is for the recipient's junior year and is renewable senior year.

The funds may be used for any educational expenses, including tuition, fees, on- or off-campus housing, food, transportation, and books or supplies.

STEM Award

The scholarship is awarded to one IVCC student graduating May 2026 or transferring to NIU who has been accepted for admission to begin junior level science, technology, engineering or math major coursework starting fall 2026 semester.

Applicants must demonstrate to pursue a professional, non-teaching career.

The $10,000 award is for the recipient's junior year and is renewable senior year.

The funds may be used for any educational expenses, including tuition, fees, on- or off-campus housing, food, transportation, and books or supplies.
