Faculty Development Day Outcomes

  1. Faculty will share experiences and discuss best practices about equitable assessment strategies.  
  2. Faculty will be able to describe and summarize how to support students in bandwidth recovery.
  3. Faculty will be able to describe and summarize methods and modes of handling difficult classroom conversations.
  4. Faculty will be able to summarize and discuss what it means to maintain a faculty culture of growth and humility.

All IVCC employees are encouraged to visit to tour the program space and learn about the program from faculty and staff.

Shuttle transportation among the G, J, and H buildings will be provided, weather permitting.

  • Small groups for tours will form at 1 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM, and 2:30 PM.
  • Groups of up to 8 employees will be guided through the program area.
Truck Driver Training, H Building, hosted by Audrey Moreno
  • Do you get to back up the truck?  No.  But our driving students will be in session that day.
