Find Your K#

Your K# is used in your IVCC username for most of your student accounts.

To find your K#:

If you applied to IVCC through our application portal:
- Log In
- Click Open Application
- Click on View Update
Your acceptance letter sent to your personal email and your home address.
Your IVCC student ID card
Your registration statement (i.e. billing statement)
Go to www.ivcc.edu/selfservice, click Forgot Username in the yellow banner, and complete the fields using your name and personal email address as listed with Records. An email will be sent to you.
If you do not have an account in the application portal, an acceptance letter, an ID card, or have problems with Self-Service Forgot Username, contact Admissions and Records at 815-224-0447, or email AdmissionsRecords@ivcc.edu.

Your ID# is used in your initial Eagle password and should be kept private.

If you can log in to IVCC Self-Service:
- Sign In
- Click User Options in the left menu
- Click User Profile
- Found under name
