Students planning to register for Spring 2027 semester classes should book an appointment now with an Illinois Valley Community College academic counselor.

Registration opens October 28. Counselors are available now by appointment to help students plan schedules, review majors, or discuss transfer requirements. Sessions typically last up to one hour.

Students can arrange to meet in person or via Zoom by calling 815-224-0360, visiting the Counseling Card on the myIVCC app, or visiting the Counseling Center in CTC-202.  Counselors are available for appointments between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday, Thursday, and Friday, and between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.

Limited walk-in visits and callbacks will be available to students seeking general information, graduation checks, or minor schedule changes.
