Illinois Valley Community College’s Red Cross Club will sponsor a blood drive from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on September 30 in the Gym.

All blood types are needed and the blood supply remains vulnerable after recovering from critically low levels during a summer blood shortage, according to the American Red Cross.

Another IVCC blood drive will be scheduled for spring 2027.
