April 21, 2026 Closed Session Committee Meeting Minutes

The Closed Session Minutes Committee of the Board of Trustees of Illinois Valley Community College District No. 513 met at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 in the Board Room (C-307) at Illinois Valley Community College.

The meeting was called to order at 3:32 p.m. by Dr. Donna

PUBLIC COMMENT

None

CLOSED SESSION

It was moved by Ms. Moshage and seconded by Dr. Donna to convene a closed session at 3:36 p.m. to review and discuss the minutes of meetings lawfully closed under the Open Meetings Act.  Roll Call Vote: “Ayes” – Ms. Moshage, Dr. Donna. “Nay” – none.  Motion carried.

Ms. Stevenson entered the meeting at 3:43 p.m.

It was moved by Dr. Donna and seconded by Ms. Moshage to return to regular session.

Roll Call Vote: “Ayes” – Dr. Donna, Ms. Moshage, and Ms. Stevenson. “Nay” – none.  Motion carried. The regular meeting resumed at 3:49 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
