Completing the FACTS/Nelnet Agreement

PAYMENT PLAN INFORMATION AT A GLANCE

 

 ****IMPORTANT: “ENROLL DATE” IS NOT THE SAME AS “DUE DATE”****

  • THE PAYMENT PLAN IS SET UP ONLINE*  (If you are receiving partial financial aid you will need to fill out a paper application in person at the cashier office)
  • Go to ivcc.edu/payment and choose the first option listed. You will be redirected to WebAdvisor. You must have your K# and password to set up a payment plan:  Choose “Student” menu / Log into WebAdvisor using your K# & password / Choose “Payment Plan Setup—FACTS/Nelnet” from the Financial Information Section
  • THERE IS A $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE PER SEMESTER TO SET UP THE PLAN.
  • ALL PAYMENTS are processed automatically from a checking or savings account, OR automatically charged to a credit card each month. (Please note that debit cards often have a daily limit—you should use your checking account information instead of a debit card. Visa, Mastercard & Discover credit cards are accepted).
  • THE SETUP FEE AND ANY DOWN PAYMENT, if required, will be processed immediately after setting up the agreement.
  • PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED ON THE 5TH OF THE MONTH. There is a $30.00 FEE for a missed payment.

*There is no interest or credit check, and anyone is eligible to use the payment plan as long as your balance is $100.00 or more. Any questions regarding the payment plan can be directed to the CASHIER DEPARTMENT at (815) 224-0213 or by visiting our website at ivcc.edu/payment.


Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added.  You should call the Illinois Valley Community College Cashier's office at (815) 224-0213 to request a change.
