  • WebAdvisor has a seven minute lock-out period for failed password attempts.
  • Make sure you enter your K-number in all capital letters for the User ID.
  • Is there an email address listed in WebAdvisor that you no longer have access to or is entered incorrectly? Call Records at 815-224-0447 and they will update your email address over the phone.
