Job Fair: Information for Job Seekers

Each spring in April, Illinois Valley Community College’s office of Career Services sponsors the Annual Spring Job Fair. This event is a wonderful opportunity to meet potential employers and learn about their company’s opportunities, complete application forms, build a network of contacts and gather information for future job searches.

Whether seeking a first interview or exploring new career opportunities, attending the Job Fair provides the chance to make a great first impression. This college district-wide job fair is open to the public and is free to all job seekers. Career Services also hosts a variety of pre-job fair workshops throughout the year to assist with the job search process and job fair success.
