Facilities Requests for Conference and Meeting Space

IVCC has identified several locations for use as community meeting space that may be used for activities consistent with the policies of the College and Board of Trustees.

College Sponsored Use:

Members of the IVCC community may reserve space within the College for the purpose of conducting College business. Such events could include presentations on academic, professional or administrative development, administrative business, and public relations activities conducted by College personnel or by persons invited by the College community. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Non-College Sponsored Use:

The College's first priority is to College-sponsored events. However, other requests will be reviewed case-by-case to determine whether it is in conformance with College policy. Decisions are made on a first come, first served basis.  Decisions to permit private, for-profit use are in the sole discretion of the College. A Facilities Rental Contract must be completed to confirm reservation of the facility. Reservations are not considered final until an approved copy of the Space Reservation Contract is returned to the applicant. The College reserves the right to determine and/or limit space assignments for scheduled events. IVCC's Facilities Rental Policy should be read prior to signing the contract.

Partnership Status:

If an organization is interested in partnering with IVCC, it must complete and return the Application for Partnership Form.  The application will be forwarded to all members of the Partnership Committee who will either recommend or not recommend it for partnership based upon IVCC’s mission statement, vision and valued practices.

Room Information:

The Room Information Sheet contains both meeting rooms and classrooms available, as well as setup style, capacity, technical capabilities, whether or not food is allowed, and the fee per room.
