Post your answer to the following question on the Discussion board in Blackboard under Emotional Intelligence thread:

List something you learned about yourself from this assessment.

5. Complete 2 of the 4 Journals

Before beginning, review each of the journals and their descriptions below so that you choose the journals that will work the best for you.
For Journal #27 (page 197-198), choose 2 of the emotions to write about and then complete #5.
For Journal #28 (page 207), for question #1, you can simply describe the situation (you don't have to do the conversation.) Then, be sure to answer question #2.
For Journal #29 (pages 211-212), complete as is in the book.
For Journal #30 (page 219), describe your mandala. Be sure to tell me what is inside your circle and what is outside the circle as your journal entry. Be sure to fully explain for all three parts. (You may even want to draw this out first and then describe it to me.)

6. Complete the Studying Activity and posting by Aug 1.

7. Complete the Final Assessment by Aug. 1
