A DOT physical and 5 panel drug screen is required before the start of class. The physical and drug screen must be taken within 30 days of the start of class. This amount is non-refundable in the event of withdrawal from class.
The student will need to acquire a motor vehicle record (MVR) from any driver’s license facility and provide it to the school. The cost will be $12.00 and is not included in tuition. This amount is the responsibility of the student.
If you want the hazardous material endorsement on your driver’s license you must follow the instructions on the website, hazprints.tsa.dhs.gov or call 1-877-429-7746 to register before you get fingerprinted. The cost will be $86.50 and will be the responsibility of the student.
If you have been approved for the Illinois Veterans Grant and have received your approval letter, then it is the student’s responsibility to contact the IVCC Financial Aid Office (815) 224-0438 to have their eligibility verified before the start of class.
You will need to provide a check made out to IVCC in the amount of $3,735.00 ($3,972.00 minus the $237.00 paid previously) before or on the first day of class.
