How do I register?
Register on campus, by phone (815) 224-0447 or by mail. You can also register online through WebAdvisor. Be sure to indicate TEL behind the course(s) when registering by mail.
Where do I get materials for this class?
The bookstore is your first stop for your textbooks. Present your student ID at Jacobs Library to received your course packet, which includes video set and course outline.
How do I get a student ID?
IVCC Student Photo ID photos are taken in the main lobby of IVCC. A schedule is posted in the lobby. Also, an IVCC Student Photo ID can be made without a photo upon request by calling 224-0451 but will necessitate another picture ID to confirm identity.
Where do I take my tests?
Tests can be taken at IVCC's Assessment Center, Ottawa's Reddick Library, Princeton's Matson Library, Mendota's Graves-Humes Library and the Streator Library. Be sure to check with the library of your choice to determine when tests may be taken. Each library will establish its own testing hours. If those hours are not convenient for you. Tests cannot be started at any library or testing center less than one hour before closing time to ensure everyone time to complete the exam. You will also need to show your Student ID.
Your instructor will establish test dates on the course outline for the class. If you have difficulty meeting these dates, contact your instructor.
