ARC Loan Program

ARC loans will be offered by some SBA lenders for as long as funding is available or until September 30, 2010, whichever comes first.

ARC loans can be used to make payments of principal and interest, in full or in part, on one or more existing, qualifying small business loans for up to six months.  ARC loans provide an immediate infusion of capital to small businesses to assist with making payments to investing in their businesses, to help sustain the business and retain jobs.  You may explore this loan program more at ARC Loan Program.


Illinois Small Business Development Center

The Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Illinois Valley Community College provides potential entrepreneurs as well as established business owners with a wide variety of free business consulting services.  All services are confidential and are available to assist clients in achieving their goals.  

SBDC's professional business services include:

The ISBDC is sponsored by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Illinois Valley Community College, Upper Illinois River Valley Community Development Corporation and the Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide counseling services to the small businesses in the Illinois Valley area.
