Instructions for Using Test Pilot
To create
Test Pilot assessments, you need to download and install the Test Pilot
authoring database. You can access the program file by clicking on the following link: http://www.ivcc.edu/bhunter/installdb.exe.
(Test Pilot has two components: the software
that is installed on the college's web server, and the stand-alone authoring database.
The authoring database software is freely distributable.)
You can find the basic instructions for
creating Test Pilot assessments at Instructions for Creating Online
Assessments in Test Pilot.
You can find additional information from the resources listed below:
Sample Test Pilot Assessments
Below are links to two sample quizzes created with Test Pilot.
Each of the quizzes is open to any users; the quizzes
are not password protected, and there is no limit to the number of times
you may access or submit the quizzes. (Please note that Test Pilot includes
several security features that you can enable, including password
protection, time limits, and access and submission limits.)
