Phi Theta
Kappa is an international honor society for the two-year college. Rho Omega
Chapter at Illinois Valley Community College joins over 1200 other chapters
across the United States, Canada, and U. S. Territorial possessions in honoring
academic excellence among its students. In addition to academic excellence, Phi
Theta Kappa promotes service to community and provides leadership opportunities
for its members.
Rho Omega
promotes a sense of community at Illinois Valley Community College and is one of
the most respected organizations on campus. There are scholarships available for
members continuing their education at four-year schools and other benefits
listed on the Phi Theta Kappa national home page.
