AAS Degree Curriculum Overview
Program
The Associate in Applied Science Degree in Therapeutic Massage is for licensed massage therapists. It offers an advanced scope of practice which prepares them to work more closely with healthcare professionals as part of the team or individually. It offers an advanced assessment of pathology and treatment of both orthopedic conditions and chronic health conditions. This prepares the licensed massage therapist to work more closely with clients who have chronic and/or acute problems and injuries.
