Identification of a possible reader and an explanation of why that reader would be appropriate (especially that reader’s connection to your topic and his or her status as an executive reader)
Brief description of a possible solution(s) to the problem
Explanation of why you’ve chosen this topic

Be sure to use proper memo format (no e-mails). You will earn points based on the content, as well as the format, sentence structure, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

NOTE: If you change your topic, you must submit a new proposal no later than Tuesday, 4/15.
