ENG 1205-01 Home Page Description and Instructions Assignment Group Member Assessment (due Thursday, 3/6)

Use this form to assess the contributions of each member of your group, including yourself. Please be honest in your assessment. These forms will help me grade this project fairly for everyone. Though I may need to share the results of these assessments with an individual group member (especially one who receives low marks from other members of the group), I will not share individual assessments of other group members.

NOTE: You are required to complete this form separately for group member (remember to fill one out for yourself, as well). You will lose 10 points from your Description and Instructions Assignment grade for each required form that you do not submit.
