Jacobs Library offers our patrons several options for getting their questions answered.

	Visit the library. Stop in the library and a librarian will answer your questions or assist you with research. The library's hours are: Mon. - Thurs. 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Fri. 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
	Phone the library. Phone Jacobs Library with your questions at 815-224-0306 during regular business hours. Mon. - Thurs. 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Fri. 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
@	Email the library. Email your questions to the library at jacobs_library@ivcc.edu Your questions will be answered as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours on days the library is open.
	Chat Online. Ask?Away is an online reference service available 24/7/365. This service allows patrons to interact online and in real time with a skilled librarian. Ask?Away uses the Question Point program for a chat/instant messaging format that is easy to understand. Just type in a question and a librarian responds. IVCC is participating in a trial of this product through the Illinois State Library.
