| Outside callers can access my voice mailbox by using the following procedure: |
| 1) | Dial the College Switchboard (815)224-2720. |
| 2) | You will hear the following greeting: “If you know your party’s extension, you may dial it at any time during this message.” Press 6202 (Express Mail No.) plus the “#” key. |
| 3) | When the attendant says, “express messaging to mail box?” enter the Voice mail number 6253 plus the “#” key. |
| 4) | After the tone, you may leave a message. |
