Qualifications
| Q1 | Master’s degree in discipline or closely related discipline. |
| Q2 | Bachelor’s degree in discipline or closely related discipline. |
| Q3 | Associate’s degree and/or industry experience. |
| Q4 | RN license in Illinois, two years experience in long term care; teaching experience or CNA instructor training certificate. |
| Q5 | Graduate of ADA accredited Dental Assisting Program preferred. Dentists and dental hygienists may also apply. Minimum of two years chair-side experience required. Dental assistants and hygienists must be Dental Assisting National Board "Certified Dental Assistant" within first year of employment. |
| Q6 | High School Diploma or equivalent |
