IVCC is in need of part-time instructors for campus and extension classes for day, evening, and Saturday offerings. WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION:
(All positions in this division are located on the IVCC Oglesby campus and require an Associate's Degree and/or 3 years full-time related industry experience)
Hydraulics Instructor, Monday evenings beginning January 2018
Pneumatics Instructor, Tuesday evenings beginning January 2018
Welding Classroom and Lab Instructors - needed to teach and train students! Instructors ideally need to be available for one or more classes offered in an 8- and 16-week section during mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.
ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS, AND EDUCATION DIVISION:
ENG 1001 -- Composition I and ENG 1002 -- Composition II. Must be credentialed with a Master's degree in the discipline, or Master's degree in adjacent discipline and 18 graduate credits in the content area.
Professional Tutors needed in Math: Bachelor's degree in Math, Math Ed or a closely
related field, and minimum 2 years teaching experience required.
Applicants should have experience working one-on-one with students
either in a tutoring setting or classroom setting. Flexibility in

For Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructors, requirements include:
- RN with a current Illinois license
- Must have completed the IL Department of Public Health's Train the Trainer program--(available online)
- Current Health Care Provider CPR card (current AHA CPR instructor is a plus)
Dental Assisting Instructors: Licensed Dental Hygienist and/or Current CDA credential from the Dental Assisting National Board or eligibility to take the CDA certification exam, and a minimum of two years recent chair side experience in general dental practice is required. Must be a graduate of an ADA accredited Dental Assisting Program. Laboratory experience is preferred. Currently licensed dentists, dental hygienists, or dental assistants may apply. Current CPR certification is required.
Nursing Instructors Needed
HUMANITIES, FINE ARTS & SOCIAL SCIENCES DIVISION:
SOC 1000 -- Introduction to Sociology. Master's degree required in the discipline, or a related Master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in the content area.
NATURAL SCIENCES AND BUSINESS: None at this time.
