IVCC is in need of part-time instructors for campus and extension classes for day, evening, and Saturday offerings. WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION:
(All positions in this division are located on the IVCC Oglesby campus and require an Associate's Degree and/or 3 years full-time related industry experience)
Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Instructors for day and evening classes
Welding Classroom and Lab Instructors - needed to teach and train students! Instructors ideally need to be available for one or more classes offered in an 8- and 16-week section during mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.
ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS AND EDUCATION DIVISION:
Professional Tutors needed in Math: Bachelor's degree in Math, Math Ed or a closely
related field, and minimum 2 years teaching experience required.
Applicants should have experience working one-on-one with students
either in a tutoring setting or classroom setting. Flexibility in

For Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructors, requirements include:
- RN with a current Illinois license
- Must have completed the IL Department of Public Health's Train the Trainer program--(available online through IVCC starting 11/7/16 through 12/16/16)
- Current Health Care Provider CPR card (current AHA CPR instructor is a plus)
Dental Assisting Instructors: Licensed Dental Hygienist and/or Current CDA credential from the Dental Assisting National Board or eligibility to take the CDA certification exam, and a minimum of two years recent chair side experience in general dental practice is required. Must be a graduate of an ADA accredited Dental Assisting Program. Laboratory experience is preferred. Currently licensed dentists, dental hygienists, or dental assistants may apply. Current CPR certification is required.
HUMANITIES, FINE ARTS & SOCIAL SCIENCES DIVISION:
Applications are encouraged in the areas of Art (Survey & Drawing I), Choral/vocal instruction, History, Psychology, Sociology, Spanish, Violin, Viola. Master's degree required in the discipline, or a related Master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline.
