Programmer/Analyst
IVCC seeks a dedicated team player for an excellent career opportunity on the IT team.  The Programmer/Analyst participates in analysis, design, coding and other programming tasks required to produce software enhancements, queries or reports, or to maintain information in the administrative data system and associated software applications.  The Programmer/Analyst provides technical support to the Colleague users and assists these users in contacting application technical support if needed and also assists as required in the solution of operational difficulties encountered in executing programs, queries subroutines and associated applications.

A successful candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology OR an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be obtained; familiarity with IT operation including a strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices; an understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing and relational database environments, specifically Microsoft SQL Server; trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
