Director of Institutional Research
The Director develops and directs research activities and evaluation efforts of the College; serves as the primary source for data and information; works with faculty and administration in research, analysis, reporting and interpretation of data; and conducts research to support the College’s strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements include: Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience in Mathematics/Statistics, Business/ Economics, Education/Social Sciences or related discipline; experience with research software applications; significant experience in qualitative and quantitative research design and analysis; demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to work with teams of various College personnel; and experience working in an educational setting. Demonstrated expertise in institutional research, descriptive statistics, and/or survey design; familiarity with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process; and experience with governmental or accreditation data reporting requirements preferred.
