Listed below is information for completing the application.

Applying:
Your one essay is reviewed and scored for all scholarships indicated.

■ To be considered for any PROGRAM scholarships you must check the specific box on the application. (please read individual requirements)
■ GENERAL awards are open to all students; each student will automatically be considered if requirements are met.
■ GENERAL awards that are underlined must have the addendum completed and submitted with the application.

Eligibility Consideration:
■ All applicants are required to file the 2013-2014 FAFSA, Free Application for Federal Student Aid, online by April 19, 2013 at www.fafsa.gov.
■ All applicants are required to apply for admission to IVCC.
■ Scholarships are awarded on the assumption the recipient will be enrolled at IVCC full-time (12+ credit hours) for the 2013-2014 school year, unless otherwise indicated.
■ Grade point averages are calculated on a 4.00 scale.

Funding:
■ Award amounts vary based upon available funds.
■ The minimum award amount is $500.
■ The IVCC Foundation has the authority to not award any scholarships listed.

Scholarship Notification:
■ The IVCC Foundation will mail letters to all applicants regarding award decisions by mid-July 2013.
