The award covers full tuition and fees for two consecutive years at both IVCC and ISU.

2. 2013 high school graduate with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or above on a 4.00 scale
3. Full-time enrollment required each semster at IVCC (12+ credit hours)
4. Intentions of transferring to Illinois State University (ISU) to pursue a bachelors degree in Education
5. Student must establish legitimate financial need via the 2013-2014 FAFSA
