Financial Aid Office
The Financial Aid Office serves students and families by helping them find sources of financial assistance which give them access to college. We teach people about financial aid programs, how to apply for assistance, how to manage financial aid funds, and how to fulfill their responsibilities as financial aid recipients.

May 7, 2008 - Tuition Due Date
May 5, 2008 - June 17, 2008 - Book Vouchers are available through the Financial Aid Office for students who have Pell, loan, or scholarship funds available.
June 17, 2008 - Last date to add classes to increase Pell eligibility.
In some cases a financial aid application may not reflect a student’s or family’s current financial situation. In some cases a family faces Special Circumstances (e.g., lost or reduced income, death, divorce, illness, natural disaster, etc.) which may increase a student's eligibility for financial aid.
A Special Circumstances Form is used by the Financial Aid Office to report unusual situations faced by applicants and/or their families. Special Circumstances reviews are conducted on a case-by-case basis.

Many financial aid recipients are eligible to defer their tuition and/or purchase required books and supplies before financial aid funds arrive at the college. Contact the Financial Aid Office to see if you are eligible.

Students receiving Federal Financial Assistance are subject to Federal repayment regulations if they stop attending the College (officially or unofficially) before 60% of a term has been completed. If the student stops attending before this time period the college and student must return a percentage of "unearned" financial aid. This will result in a bill being sent to the student. Students who do not repay their financial aid may lose their eligibility for future financial aid.
