Chapter Reviews
Chapter reviews from reading assignments will be turned in at the next class period from the assigned reading. Please type your answers to the numbered questions in a Word document. I would prefer that you keep the worksheet pages in your textbook for review purposes. After you have answered the questions, please type your name and include the chapter number at the upper left hand side of the page. Staple the sheets together and turn into me at the beginning of the class period.
Online Exercises
Online exercises after reading assigned chapters need to be turned in at the beginning of the next class period. There is a button at the end of the exercise you will need to click in order to print your exercise results. Print this form for each chapter you have read and turn this into me with your name and chapter number included.
In-Class Writing Assignments
Writing assignments completed in class need to be turned into me on the designated day/time. Please see the link for specific in-class writing assignments.

Essay Assignments
There will be a minimum of four essays written for English 0900 throughout the course of the semester. Please see your syllabus for dates. Please see the link for the specific assignment sheet for each essay assignment.

Journal Assignments
Journal assignments will be done in class. They will most likely be completed in Blackboard. You must be in class to complete and be graded for journal assignments.
Peer Reviews
Peer reviews will be completed during writing workshops in class. You will be assigned to a peer review group. It will be your responsibility to fill out two peer review forms for the classmates in your group. These forms will be need to be turned in with that student's essay assignment. You must be in class to complete and be graded for this assignment.
Tests
Tests will be given for the chapter readings that are completed as homework. Tests will cover material from the textbook, as well as discussions covering the material during class time. Please review chapters, especially chapter review questions to prepare for tests. Please see your syllabus for specific dates and covered material.
Tests will be given at the beginning of the class period, will be timed, and turned in at that time. Graded tests will be returned during the next class periods.

Quizes
Quizes will be given at the beginning of class covering assigned readings as homework. To prepare for quizes, make sure that you keep up with the assigned readings given in class and on the syllabus. Quizes will be done either on Blackboard or hard-copy. I will give you instructions at the beginning of class.
