How soon will my submission be posted?
At approximately 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day the Electronic Daily News will be updated with new submissions.
How long will my announcement be posted?
On the submission form you must include an ending date for your announcement. The posting will discontinue after the date you selected.
Why are there two categories on the submission form?
Some announcements cannot be adequately covered by one category. For example, a sporting event might also be a fundraiser.
Will I be able to use graphics, links, and attachments in my submission?
Links may be placed in your announcement. Graphics and attachments are not an option at this time.

If you need to change or delete an announcement please create a new post. Also, email community_relations@ivcc.edu to request that the old announcement be deleted.
What do I do if I can’t find a category for my message?
Select the category that most closely describes your announcement. If you have a suggestion for another category send it to community_relations@ivcc.edu.
How do I find a previously posted message?
Visit the Electronic Daily News on the Intranet.

What if I don’t have a start date for my announcement?
Set the Start Displaying Ad and the Event Start to the same date.
What if I don’t have an end date to my announcement?
We suggest you set the Event Ends one week from the start of the announcement.
