On-The-Job-Training (OJT)

On-the-Job Training (OJT) is a contractual relationship between the Center and an employer.  The Center agrees to reimburse an employer for 50% of the training costs incurred when he/she hires a participant.   The employer agrees to provide job training for permanent, long-term employment.
