Steps for Completing the Lessons:
Step One: Read and complete each lesson using the files from the textbook CD. Make sure you keep all of the files generated during the lessons for your reference. Change the image size to roughly 4 by 6 and print out a copy of all images created in the lessons.
Step Two: Create a typed summary of the lesson using the lesson. Do not copy the book! Use your own words to describe the principles and processes learned in the chapter.
Step Three: Using your own images (not images from the class CD) practice applying the principles and processes from the lesson. Take notes on the on each step of the process noting which Photoshop tools and settings are used to create the final image. Save the completed file as your initials, lesson number and file name (i.e. dl3filename) in both a PSD and a JPEG or a GIFF file.
