Weekly Construction Update

Phase 1
Curtain wall (windows) trim in progress
Zinc panel installation in progress on east side
Roof copings in progress

1st floor kitchen drywall completed on 1/15; taping to be complete 1/22
Elevator installation will start Feb. 4
HVAC ductwork for DOAS units to be complete 1/25

2nd floor wall painting will be complete by 1/18
2nd floor ceramic tile in restrooms will be complete the week of 1/21
2nd floor office painting will start the week of 1/28

Phase 2
East Addition – Door frames are being set
Eaves are being framed in
Gas line is being run to heaters
Maintenance Bldg – Liner panel in ceiling is being installed
Gutters are being installed
Auto/Welding Shop – Water line is being installed overhead
Hose bibs are being installed 1/15

PHS Projects
Restroom stack A – Tile work started this week.
Ceiling/Lighting upgrade - complete
