Phase 1
Curtain wall (windows) trim and roof copings in progress
Zinc panel installation in progress on north side
Rooftop air handling units were delivered Dec. 19
Elevator installation will start Jan. 15
Casework installation will start Jan. 31

1st floor –east end
Metal framing completed by Dec. 26

1st floor – west end
Metal framing is in progress
Water main rough-in started Dec. 17

2nd floor – east end
Acoustical ceiling grid started Dec. 26
Taping completed by Dec. 26
Prime painting in progress

2nd floor – west end
Drywall is in progress
Taping started the week of Dec. 24
Ductwork completed by Jan. 1

There have been 60 responses to the CDB’s Request for Qualifications for the Art-in-Architecture projects at IVCC and one other location.

Phase 2
East Addition – Trusses are set and decking is started
Installing framing and lateral bracing
Install temporary doors and windows so building can be heated
Maintenance Building – Steel is erected; trim started
Wall panels and insulation are started
Siding will be complete by the end of January
Building #10 – Demolition is complete
Backfilling trenches from old foundations

PHS Projects
Restroom stack A – Vanguard began restroom renovations Nov. 26.
Orientation meeting for Boiler Room C Upgrades, Facilities Rekeying, and Exterior Concrete Replacement was held Dec. 6.
