Zinc panel installation in progress on east and south sides as weather permits
Installation has started for both elevators
Above ceiling inspection by engineers– 2nd floor on Feb. 21

Drywall and soffit work in conference rooms
Taping in progress
Kitchen electric rough-in in progress

1st Floor – west end
Metal framing complete by Feb. 14
Electrical rough-in in progress
Drywall to start the week of Feb. 25

2nd Floor – east end
Painting in progress
Lights, diffusers & sprinkler trim to be complete by Feb. 21
Wood doors to be delivered the week of Feb. 18

2nd Floor – west end
Lights, diffusers & sprinkler trim to be complete by Feb. 18

Millwork complete by Feb. 18

Phase 2
East Addition Continue interior CMU walls
Continue plumbing and electrical rough-in
Run compressed air lines

Maintenance Bldg Overhead doors ship Feb. 15
Lay floor tile
Substantial completion walk through on March 8

PHS Projects Restroom abatement work has started in Building B.
