Week of Nov.12, 2012

Phase 1

Geothermal field and detention pond have been seeded;

Trees were planted Nov. 13;

Stone cropping installation started Nov. 13;

Roofing is complete except for punch list items;

Metal (zinc) panel installation will start Nov. 26;

Trespa composite façade installation will start Nov. 26 or Dec. 3;

2nd floor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work continues;

2nd floor heat pumps and  rack delivered Nov. 13;

2nd floor east end drywall is 65% complete;

 

1st floor east entrance will be closed in by Nov. 19;

Building will be heated starting the week of Nov. 26;

HVAC ductwork to outside air units is in progress;

Phase 2

Maintenance building concrete floor, stoops and approach are poured;

East addition CMU west wall is complete;

Electrical switch over to new transformer and gas meter installation is planned for Nov. 21;

Demolition of Building #10 will start after Thanksgiving.

PHS Projects

Restroom stack A – Demolition by Vanguard is complete. Asbestos abatement contractors started work on Nov. 12;

Replacement water coolers are operational. Cosmetic finishes still need to be addressed;

Door hardware restricted keyway is still in progress.
