Construction Update Week of Oct. 1

 Phase 1

Auditorium roofing underway;

Detention pond and geothermal field work was completed last week;

Landscaping will start the week of Oct. 8;

 Staircase #2 will be installed the week of Oct. 8;

Zinc installation on exterior will start soon;

West entrance drywall to start;

 CMU partitions will be complete by Oct. 5;

Grinded and polished concrete (exposed aggregate) completed this week;

Plumbing rough-in continues;

 Sprinkler installation on second floor started Oct. 1.

Drywall on second floor starts Oct. 15;

Phase 2

Excavation for maintenance building is started;

Moving air compressor in Auto Shop today;

Demolition of Building 5 starts today;

Tree removal scheduled for Oct. 5.
