Construction Update Week of September 20, 2012 

CTC Project

Phase 1

Site

Signage for Building G and the temporary entrance will be installed the first week of October;

Pond excavation will be complete the week of Sept. 24, weather permitting;

Plantings in the pond and geothermal field will start the first of October;

Building Shell

Lite gauge exterior framing will be complete Sept. 21;

Weather barrier installation to start the week of Sept. 24;

Masonry will be complete the week of Sept. 24;

Roofing continues;

1st Floor

Mechanical piping – mains in progress;

CMU (concrete block) partitions will be complete by Sept. 24;

Stairs were installed on east end;

Metal framing started Sept. 18;

2nd Floor

HVAC duct work in progress;

Interior metal framing in progress;

Mechanical piping and plumbing rough-in in progress.

Phase 2

Excavation for the  maintenance facility will start Sept. 19;

Tree removal is scheduled for the week of Sept. 24;

PHS Projects

Restroom project continues in Building D with electrical rough-in work and wall board installation;

Tile work will start the week of Sept. 24.
