Building Shell

Precast panels complete

90 percent of precast panels grouted and caulked

Roofing continues with two crews working

Main entrance is framed

Exterior wall studs are 95 percent complete

1st Floor

Concrete slab on grade is complete

Interior CMU (concrete block walls) wall partitions 5 to 10 percent complete

Roof drain piping is in progress

Precast insulation is started

MEP (Mechanical, electrical, plumbing) rough-ins started

2nd Floor

Metal stud partitions are in progress

Rigid foam insulation is 80 percent complete

Spray foam insulation is 80  percent complete

Electrical and plumbing rough-ins started

Pond excavation is in progress

Geothermal field – horizontal loop complete and pressure tested

CTC Project Phase 2

Asbestos abatement for buildings 5 and 10 is scheduled to begin on Aug. 29 and be complete by Sept 14.

Anticipate buildings 5 and 10 being available for construction Sept 17, 2012.

PHS Projects

Plumbing rough-in continues in Building D restroom stack. Plumber is currently waiting on wall carriers for toilets, urinals and lavatories to arrive. Plumber reports that carriers were scheduled to arrive on 8/24/12. Electrical rough-in and wall board installation will follow.

 Door Panic Hardware Replacement work has started. Contractor has all hardware on site with exception of key cylinders.
