Construction Update as of August 14

CTC Phase 1

Site Work

·         Geothermal field site preparation for landscaping to start soon

·         Pond excavation will resume Aug. 15

·         Trench by softball field is being filled and leveled; excess dirt will be removed

CTC Building

·         Precast panel installation will be complete by Aug. 20 and then interior caulking will start

·         Interior rigid insulation of precast will start Aug. 20

·         Slab on grade concrete will be complete Aug. 17

·         Roofing started Aug. 7

·         Masonry work will begin Aug. 23

·         Construction of stairs between stories will start the week of Sept. 3

CTC Phase 2

·         Asbestos Abatement will start Aug. 27 on buildings 5 and 10

·         General Contractor will start by mid-September on buildings 5 and 10 and the maintenance building
