CTC Phase 1

Site Work

·         Geothermal horizontal loops are connected

·         Geothermal field site preparation for landscaping will start Aug. 13

Pond excavation will resume Aug. 13

Trench by softball field is being filled and leveled; excess dirt will be removed on Aug. 15

CTC Building

·         Precast panel installation will start Aug. 10 and be complete within two weeks and then interior caulking will start

·         Rigid installation will arrive Aug. 15; perimeter interior framing and measuring for windows will start

·         Roofing started Aug. 7

Masonry work will begin the week of Aug. 13, starting with interior work on elevator shafts
Construction of stairs between stories will start the week of Aug. 27

CTC Phase 2

·         Asbestos Abatement will start Aug. 20 on buildings 5 and 10

·         General Contractor will start by mid-September on buildings 5 and 10 and the maintenance building

PHS Projects

1.       Classroom ceiling abatement work was completed Aug. 3

2.       Demolition work in Building D restroom stack was complete Aug. 3

Week of August 6, 2012:

3.       Start new plumbing pipe rough-in at Building D restroom stack. Plumbers are scheduled on-site Monday. Electricians will follow later in the week.

4.       Complete floor leveling to anticipate future tile work.
