Construction Update  Week of June 18

Building G (Therapeutic Massage)

·         Substantially completed – June 12 – building was turned over to the College for occupancy;

·         Therapeutic Massage will move from Building 11 in early July

Geothermal Field

·         Geothermal horizontal loop started June 18 and will take about six weeks

CTC

·         Steel erection continues – two thirds of steel frame is in place and two thirds of metal decking is in place;

·         Underground plumbing will be complete by June 21;

·         Underground electrical is ongoing;

·         Second floor deck concrete on two thirds of building will be poured June 25; last portion the week of July 30;

·         Light gauge exterior metal framing will start June 25;

·         Slab on grade (non polished) will be poured the week of July 2;

·         Replace roof on original building F in two to three weeks;

·         Precast concrete wall erection will start the first or second week of August;

Site Work

·         Pond excavation will be complete by June 29

·         Fire lane will be paved the first week of July
