Week of May 14

Building C

·         Additional concrete for the Building C sidewalk by the temporary entrance to adjust slope will be done on a Friday afternoon when there are fewer people on campus due to the pedestrian traffic in that area. This has been delayed because of rain, aiming for May 18 now.

·         Windows in the Board Room, President’s Office, east Building C hallway, and Records and Admissions will be boarded up May 21 in preparation for steel erection on the CTC

 

Geothermal Field

·         Drilling and grouting will be completed today

·         Backfill of the field will start tomorrow

·         Topsoil will be moved from the CTC site to the geothermal field

·         Pipe will be run from the geothermal field to the corner of  the new building May 21 -25 (under roadway and temporary sidewalk)

·         Pipe installation in the horizontal field will start the week of June 11 (will take approximately six weeks)

 

Building G (Therapeutic Massage)

·         Plumbing and glazing (mirrors) will be completed by May 18

·         Substantial completion – June 12 (punch list items will still need to be addressed)

 

CTC

·         Masonry will start tomorrow at the corner of the theatre

·         Steel erection is scheduled to start on May 29 starting at the west end

·         Foundations walls, piers, and footings will be complete by May 31
