News Tribune - Tech Center at IVCC taking shape

Building C

  • The door panic device hardware is due to arrive any day
  • Friday, March 30 a wall will be constructed in the southeast corner upper level of C building so demolition of the outside wall can start in preparation for connection with the new building.


Building G

  • Drywall taping is almost complete; painting will start 4/2/2012
  • Millwork (cabinetry) will be installed starting 4/23/2012


Site

  • Water will be shut off Friday, March 30 for tie in of new water lines
  • Geothermal vertical wells to start Tuesday, April 3
  • Ameren will lay new electrical lines the week of 4/16/2012


Building F

  • Foundations for new building are started
  • Building F walls are scheduled to come down 3/29/2012
