Welcome to the Adjunct Faculty Development Academy website! Whether you have little experience in front of a classroom or are a seasoned educator, you can take a forward step in your professional growth through our adjunct faculty development academy.
All part-time instructors are welcome, and at the completion of the four modules you will gain an extra $25 per credit hour. But more importantly, you will gain new knowledge that you will be able to impart to our students here at Illinois Valley Community College! It's a win-win situation!
